At Titan Garage Doors WI, we stand behind the parts and workmanship we provide. Our limited warranty applies to qualifying garage door products, repairs, and installations purchased directly from us.

Coverage includes defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. The specific warranty period for your service is marked on your invoice.

What Does the Limited Warranty Cover?

Your coverage depends on whether we repaired an existing garage door or installed a new one.

New Garage Door Installations

Our limited warranty covers defects in the installation workmanship and labor provided by Titan Garage Doors WI. The garage door and its components may have separate coverage through the manufacturer, subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms.

Garage Door Repairs

When we repair your existing garage door, coverage applies to defects in materials or workmanship involving new or rebuilt parts supplied and installed by our team.

If a covered defect is confirmed during the applicable warranty period, Titan Garage Doors WI may repair or replace the affected part using new or refurbished components.

Labor charges may apply if the work falls outside the labor warranty period marked on your invoice.

How Long Does Coverage Last?

Your warranty begins on the purchase date shown on your invoice. The coverage period depends on the service performed and the warranty terms provided with your purchase.

For Garage Door Repairs: Coverage follows the period selected on your invoice. Depending on the warranty provided, certain coverage may continue for as long as you remain the original owner of the repaired garage door.

For New Installations: Under Titan Garage Doors WI's current written warranty, labor coverage continues for the duration of the manufacturer's warranty on the installed garage door.

For Replacement Parts: A replacement part receives the remaining warranty period of the original covered part. Installing a replacement does not restart the warranty period.

This limited warranty is non-transferable and ends when the original customer no longer owns the repaired or newly installed garage door.

What Does This Limited Warranty Not Cover?

Our limited warranty does not cover every type of garage door problem or damage.

The following exclusions and limitations may apply:

• Third-Party Work: Workmanship and materials supplied by other service providers are not covered. Damage caused by work performed by others may also be excluded, subject to applicable law.
• Improper Use: Problems resulting from abuse, misuse, or use outside normal operating conditions are excluded.
• External Events: Damage caused by civil disturbances, natural disasters, or other events beyond normal use is not covered.
• Incidental or Consequential Damages: To the extent permitted by law, the warranty excludes certain indirect losses, property damage, or injuries resulting from improper garage door operation. Some states do not permit these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

Your written warranty and applicable law determine which exclusions apply to your situation.
