With 17 years at Best Buy, including time with Geek Squad, he developed valuable experience in sales, service, and customer care. He is known for clear communication and helping customers make informed decisions. Brandon enjoys cycling, photography, and following college baseball.

Phil is the Services Manager at Titan Garage Doors with more than seven years of experience in operations and service management. He helps keep projects organized, technicians supported, and customers updated every step of the way. His leadership and system improvements have helped increase efficiency and consistency across the team. Outside of work, Phil enjoys cruising with Marley, his Labrador Retriever.

Craig is a trusted Senior Technician with five years of hands-on experience in garage door repair and installation. Known for dependable work and attention to detail, he earned Technician of the Year honors in 2022. Craig takes pride in solving problems the right way and helping customers feel confident in their garage door systems. He enjoys football, DIY home projects, and spending time with his three cats.

Gerson is a dedicated Senior Technician who brings professionalism and problem-solving skills to every job. With a degree in Criminology and Psychology from Texas A&M, he offers a thoughtful and customer-focused approach to service. He enjoys helping homeowners feel secure with safe and reliable garage door solutions. Outside of work, Gerson enjoys concerts, fishing, camping, sports, travel, and exploring new restaurants.

Jeremy is a skilled Garage Door Technician with a background that reflects precision and teamwork. Before joining Titan Garage Doors, he spent 13 years as a stagehand and rigger, including work connected to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon during the Super Bowl in St. Paul, Minnesota. He now brings that same discipline and focus to every repair and installation. Jeremy enjoys video games and disc golf in his free time.

Aidan is a motivated Garage Door Technician who brings fresh energy and a strong work ethic to the Titan team. In a short time, he has built a reputation for reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn. Before entering the trade, Aidan became a store manager at Men’s Wearhouse at just 20 years old, showing leadership early in his career. Outside of work, he enjoys working on and upgrading his GTI.
