Ben Jacoby · CEO & Owner
Ben brings an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach to leading Titan Garage Doors. He enjoys building strong teams, solving problems, and staying close to the work that shapes the customer experience. With roots in Israel and an adventurous streak, Ben is comfortable taking on ambitious challenges—and as a world record holder, he knows what it means to push beyond the expected.

Ashley Molloy
Dispatch ManagerAshley helps keep Titan’s day moving by coordinating schedules, supporting technicians, and making sure customers know what to expect. She takes pride in keeping the details organized from the first call through the job.
Away from the dispatch desk, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and gardening.
Craig R.
Senior TechnicianCraig brings experience, consistency, and a high standard of workmanship to every job. After earning Technician of the Year in 2022, he continues to be someone customers can count on for clear answers and dependable garage door service.
Outside of work, Craig enjoys football and spending time with his cats.
Gerson F.
Senior TechnicianGerson approaches garage door service with patience, precision, and a problem-solving mindset. His background at Texas A&M helped shape the thoughtful approach he brings to the field, especially when diagnosing issues and helping customers understand their options.
When he’s not working, Gerson enjoys traveling and following sports.
Jeremy L.
TechnicianBefore joining Titan, Jeremy spent 13 years working as a stagehand and rigger—experience that taught him the value of safety, timing, and attention to detail. Today, he applies those same strengths to garage door repairs and installations.
Off the job, Jeremy likes playing disc golf and unwinding with video games.
Aidan B.
TechnicianAidan brings energy, initiative, and a strong work ethic to the Titan team. He developed leadership skills early, becoming a store manager at age 20, and has continued building his knowledge in the garage door trade through hands-on experience.
Outside of work, Aidan enjoys spending time working on his GTI.
